The Association’s 1st Annual Conference – then called the Annual Meeting – took place on 8–9 November 2002 at the Holiday Inn in Thessaloniki, organised by the Department of Economics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
It opened the series of H.F.A.A. Annual Conferences, hosted each year by a different university in Greece or Cyprus.
