Identity

The Hellenic Finance and Accounting Association (H.F.A.A.) began as an idea by a team of professors who gathered to explore the possibility of establishing a Scientific Association with main purpose to fill the communication gap between scientists working on the fields of Finance and Accounting.

Through this meeting the participants expressed their unanimus desire to proceed to the creation of the Association and soon the neccessary steps were taken for the creation of formal and substansive requirements for the establisment of the Association, which were completed in a short time.

The Hellenic Finance Accounting Association is a non-profit entity. The Associations’ revenues come from contributions from members and support from organizations and businesses. These revenues are used exclusively to achieve the objectives of the Association.
