The Administration Bodies of the Association are the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee. Τhe Board of Directors and the Audit Committee are elected every three years.
The first Board of Directors of the Association was elected on June 17, 2002 and was composed by Prof. S. Thomadakis (Chairman), Prof. G. Artikis (Vice Chairman), Prof. A. Merikas (General Secretary), Prof. K. Syriopoulos (Treasurer) and Prof. C. Negkakis (Member).
The current Board of Directors of the Association was elected on 20 January, 2012 and is composed by Dr. C. Negkakis, Professor, University of Macedonia (Chairman), Dr. C. Syriopoulos, Professor, University of Patras (Vice Chairman), Dr. A. Tsamis, Professor, Panteion University (General Secretary), Dr. D. Asteriou, Ass. Professor, Hellenic Open University (Treasurer), Dr. E. Thalassinos, Professor, Piraeus University (Member), Dr. D. Hevas, Professor, Athens University of Economics and Business (Member), Dr. D. Ntzanatos, Chartered Accountant, President Grant Thornton Hellas (Member) and Dr. Ch. Nunis, PhD in Finance, Ministry of Finance (Board Secretary).
The Headquarters of the Association are set in Athens.
